Loren’s Nominated!

Nominations are out for this years "Best Of" from the Providence Phoenix and I'm honored to learn that I've been nominated!This is my fourth time in a row being nominated, but I actually won in 2012!  I remember exactly where I was when I found out...I was driving, on my way to the Warwick Mall and I got a phone call from a number I didn't know.  I hesitated answering it, but did anyway.  It was a call telling me that I had been chosen as the winner for 'Radio Personality of the Year'!  Omg, I had to pull over, I was SO excited!!!  I had never won anything like this before!  I was so happy, I was actually speechless!  I went to the mall that afternoon with an enormous smile on my face :).

The following year I was nominated again, but didn't win.  I still thought it was a nice achievement to be nominated three times in a row though!

Now, here we are in 2014.  I decided late last year to leave Providence to come to FUN 107.  I'm here now and figured, well, I'm not in Providence anymore, so I guess I don't qualify for the nomination this year, bummer.  Except, I was wrong!  The nominations came out today, and I was surprised and excited to find my name on that list!  They even realized that I switched radio stations and acknowledged that I'm now here at FUN 107!  Yay!
