With a last name like "Arsenault," trying to come up with a unique hashtag for our wedding has been a struggle for my fiancee and me.

Just having the word "Arse" in the name has quickly made the hashtag the butt of the joke (pun intended) and now I can't think of anything that doesn't involve a rear-end.

The people of social media did not disappoint when I put out the call. Each hashtag had me roaring. Here are a few examples of what I'm dealing with:

  • #danceyourarsenaultoff
  • #arsenaultatlast
  • #checkoutmyarsenault
  • #thatsmyarsenault
  • #rockoutwityoarsenaultout
  • #herarsenaultismine
  • #ArsenaultHerAtTheAltar
  • #AbouttoKissmyARSEnault

Others thought I should include my radio name "Gazelle" in the hashtag and I can tell you right now that it's not going to fly with the fiancee.

Here's what they came up with (just for fun):

  • #SheFellForGazelle
  • #TheBelleAndGazelle
  • #ohwhatthehellillmarrygazelle
  • #AGazellionDreamsComeTrue
  • #GazelleWeddingBellz
  • #CaughtTheGazelle
  • #Gazelledown
  • #ringthebellsformrandmrsgazelle

The list goes on and on, but you get the gist.

I've been in the wedding business for a decade, can always tell what the crowd wants, can keep a dance floor flowing strong all night, can recommend any vendor to any client, and ensure that the bride and groom will have a night they’ll never forget.

Sadly, when it comes to figuring out the freakin’ hashtag for my own wedding, I’m at a complete loss.

C'est la vie (insert facepalm emoji).

Feel free to send along your ideas to Gazelle@Fun107.com or message me on the Fun 107 app.
