I have an undying love for avocados and I don't care who knows about it – especially when it comes to mixing up a zesty bowl of guacamole.

Every restaurant has that signature menu item that draws you back each and every time. For me, it's either a solid burger or a cheesy pizza or even a heaping plate of fried clams.

But when it comes to Chipotle, I'm a sucker for their guacamole.

Here's where it gets good: the popular Mexican cuisine restaurant chain has recently released its signature guacamole recipe used to top off nachos, lather up burritos or simply serve as a side to go.

Can I get a guac-a-lujah?

The recipe calls for ingredients quite easy to obtain in your everyday grocery store:

  • Avocados
  • Limes
  • Cilantro
  • Red Onion
  • Jalapeño
  • Kosher salt

Last week, the executive chef of the Chipotle enterprise, Chad Brauze, went live on the company's Instagram to teach a quick cooking class on how to properly prepare the guacamole just like at the restaurant.

Now, you could just get Chipotle delivered to your house or place of work, or you could triple the recipe and make a giant bowl of tasty guacamole just for you. Or, of course, to share with the family. That's cool, too.
