I've never heard of Ice Cream Bread, but my sister just sent out a bulk email with a recipe and it sounds like it might be good.   It also appears to be fairly quick and easy to make.

2 cups of ANY kind of ice cream (whole milk ice cream, not ice milk or frozen yogurt)

1 1/2 cups of SELF RISING flour

Mix it together.  Bake in a greased loaf pan in a 350 degree over for 30 - 40 minutes until a knife comes out clean.    Enjoy!
