Good Cop Pull Over Prank

You know the feeling. You're driving along and all of a sudden, you hear the sirens. You are being pulled over by the police.I don't know about you, but I get SO nervous when getting pulled over! I don't know why, sometimes I don't even realize I've done anything wrong, but I don't like getting in trouble. Usually, when you get pulled over by the cops, it's because you did something wrong, you're gonna get in trouble and there's going to be consequences. Ugh, I hate it.

Well, what if police starting pulling people over for good things? For example, being pulled over for being a good driver, coming to a complete stop at a stop sign or wearing a seatbelt?
