One Game of Thrones superfan got an amazing surprise from cast members this past weekend.

It was an emotional weekend for Game of Thrones superfan Claire.

The 88-year-old hospice resident just wanted to live long enough to see the Battle of Winterfell on GoT, but the staff at HopeHealth Hospice wanted to give her more.

They reached out to Make-a-Wish and on social media to try and make Claire's last days incredibly memorable.

And boy, did they ever.

The staff got the ball rolling with several Game of Thrones cosplayers. Eight of them heard Claire's story and made videos wishing her well.

They then talked with actors from the show at a few conventions, and soon real members of the show's cast got into the video making, too.

And this past weekend, Claire was presented with videos from 10 of the show's actors, giving her love and wishing her well, all before she got to watch the epic Battle of Winterfell on HBO.

HopeHealth shared the video of Claire surrounded by loved ones watching her one-of-a-kind video. And she clearly loved it.

In fact, staff at HopeHealth tell us the Russian cosplayer who dresses as Jon Snow was her favorite.

Sadly, Claire did pass away on Monday afternoon.

But it is truly awe-inspiring how much effort the staff went to for Claire to have those unforgettable last moments in life.

As they told us, hospice is really about making the end of life the best it can be. And I think for Claire, it definitely was.
