It's been almost two years since the cast of HBO's The Gilded Age was in Rhode Island filming, but that could change very soon.

The show's fourth season was announced in July 2025, even before season 3 premiered, with the plan it would arrive in late 2026 or mid-2027.

Now the highly anticipated fourth season of the Emmy Award winning series is in production, with film crews said to be wrapping up in Troy, NY later this month. That wrap at New York locations should mean the arrival of crews in Rhode Island soon.

The series has often shot on location at the International Tennis Hall of Fame, which was the popular Newport Casino in the late 1880s when the HBO series takes place. That location wasn't used in season 3, but could see a return for season 4.
