Fall River RMV Officially Moved To Sagamore Mill

There's been quite some talk about where the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Fall River will be located and as of today (Friday, November 13th), the State has confirmed the new site.

The Sagamore Mill on 1794 North Main Street  in Fall River will be the new destination for the city's R.M.V. The final move will be finished by January 1st, 2016. The city's landlord signed a 10 year lease with the R.M.V. granting them 10,679 square feet out of the 180,000 square foot building and assigned specific parking for the public to use who are visiting the R.M.V.

Plans for the current Durfee Union Mill location on Plymouth and Pleasant Street are still under review in terms of what the City will do with the soon to be vacant property.

Talks of the Swansea Mall being a suggestive location for the RMV failed and became unsuccessful to the North Main Street buy out.
