The big problem with the rise of digital narcissism is that it puts enormous pressure on people to achieve unfeasible goals.  Wanting to be Beyoncé or GiGi Hadid is hard enough and it's not realistic, at all!

A study was done and Complete Health and Happiness shows us that those with higher narcissism scores were frequently updating statuses and posting photos on Facebook and Twitter.

Our advice, accept that your selfies will never look like someone else's and stay confident, but not narcissistic.
