Comcast Acknowledges Service Disruption
Comcast has some 'splainin' to do!
WCVB.com reports that Comcast has released a statement admitting to recent service disruptions for their customers.
The issue occurred in their X1 services.
Apparently, a technical issue arose when they were trying to upgrade their systems, but Comcast claims that they have identified the problem and are working to correct it.
"Additionally, we will be reaching out to impacted customers to ensure their service issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with their service," said Comcast spokesman, Marc Goodman.
