Nearly 200,000 children's water bottles are being recalled across the country due to a chocking hazard.

Zak Designs is recalling 178,000 10-inch tall water bottles with a flip-top spout on a twist-off cap with a colored plastic straw.

These water bottles were sold exclusively at Target stores as part of their "Back-to-College" campaign nationwide between June 2015 and July 2015.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says there have been several reports of the plastic straw in the flip-top portion of the cap breaking off and plastic fragments being spit out by children using the bottle.

No injuries have been reported, but consumers are being asked to immediately stop using the bottles and contact Zak Designs for instructions on receiving a free replacement cap with straw.

Zak Designs toll-free at 866-737-1148 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or online at www.zak.com.

Parents worried that their bottles may be a hazard can check the bottom for the mold number highlighted in the photo below.
