One of the seasons last "summer" beach days wasn't relaxing for the swimmers paddle boarding and surfing at Nauset Beach in Orleans on Labor Day Monday.

Just before 1pm the lifeguards on duty signaled for all swimmers to get out of the water as fast as possible once they spotted a great white shark about 150 yards from shore.  The shark attacked and killed a seal which happened not far from the swimmers who were in the water when the attack happened.
