If you've ever ridden the subway in New York, you know there are lots of performers on those subway platforms. But one singer and an adorable young girl got a real party started as people waited for their trains.

I'm pretty sure the woman with the green hair rocking out with this little cutie is not at all related to her, but she's definitely enjoying herself too!
