A Fairhaven Restaurant Delivery Man Robbed In New Bedford

A 21-year old restaurant delivery person was robbed in what seems like a quiet and safe neighborhood in New Bedford.

The Standard Times is reporting that a delivery person for A Kitchen in Fairhaven was approached in the 200-block area of Richmond Street in New Bedford by 2 men and robbed.

The young man was walking back to his vehicle after having made a food delivery when one of the 2 men pulled out a knife and demanded money.  The suspects took off in a white Toyota Camry.

Luckily, the victim was not harmed.  Police are asking that anyone with information to please call the tip line 508-991-4584
