5 Fashion Trends For Paris Spring 2018

While on my trip to Paris these were some of the many fashion trends I noticed.

Colored round-framed glasses

Brightly colored round glasses were a consistent eyewear trend I saw.  Reminiscent of Harry Potter, but always brightly colored in green, yellow, red, etc.  They added a quirky taste to the Parisian outfits.

Leather Pants

Skin-tight leather pants are definitely a staple item in every woman's closet in Paris, they add a flare to any outfit.  The "it" girls all seem to have a pair.

Scarves

Without a doubt...the fashion trend that stood out the most (by far) were scarves.  Women...men....kids...EVERYONE was wearing some sort of a scarf.  You are no one if you are walking the streets of Paris without a scarf.  I didn't have one.

Printed Stockings

Textured stockings were huge in Paris.  The ladies are wearing them under distressed jeans and skirts to add an edge to their look.

Culottes

A throwback to the 80's, these wide leg, short pants were very popular in Paris.  Like many other clothing items, green seemed to be the color of choice.
