Yay! We’re Going to the Beach!

This summer, just like every other summer, we couldn't wait to have a killer day at Horseneck the minute the temperature hit 80 degrees. But just like every other summer, we were reminded that sometimes the beach is not the good time we thought it was. 

We grabbed the gang and hit the road!

But once we turned onto Route 88, this:

Hours later, we finally make it through the gate. But wait, why do we still have to walk a million miles in the hot sun, forgodsakes?!

We finally get our toes in the sand and get ready for lunch. But this picnic is about to become a food eating contest because ...

It's too hot to just sit around so we hit the waves. Our summer bods didn't come out the way we hope but who cares. YOLO!

The sun really does a number on our energy level; its nap time.

But no one reminded us about reapplying sunscreen

It doesn't take long for us to remember why a beach day isn't always the most fun way to spend our time. Remind us to stay home with the AC next time
