I'm a big lover of animals and would absolutely do anything to keep my pet safe and comfortable, but I'm not sure I would do this to remember my pet once it was gone.

There is a company that will now help you remember your pet with a glass replica.
It sounds pretty interesting. Basically, the company, Davenport Memorial Glass, just needs some ashes and then they go and create a piece of art using glass that commemorates your beloved pet.

I have heard of pet cemeteries, but don't know of any in the area. Are there any along the SouthCoast? The closest one I know if is in Middleboro.

I do know some people that treat their animals better than some humans, so I know some of you love and adore your pet so much you would absolutely do this.

Regardless, I think this is a neat way to remember those pets that gave us so many memories and companionship. But again, I'm not so sure it would be for me.

Regardless, I hope your pup or kitty cat live a very long life (and in the case of a cat, nine lives) but it's never too early to start planning.

I do wonder if they would do this with humans as well. Not that I would ever want this, but maybe you do?
