Happy Wet Nose Wednesday! Let's talk animals.

Shelters everywhere are overflowing with animals in need. It is our mission to get as many of these animals in forever homes as possible.

Every week, we shine a light on one animal, and this week, we head to Fall River where a shy cat hopes to steal your heart.

Meet Raggs. Raggs is a beautiful, fluffy cat that is very, very shy.

"Raggs came to us as a stray when someone noticed that other strays in the area were picking on him," said Forever Paws Animal Shelter. "He does seem to be rather submissive so other cats tend to bully him (and) that's probably why he's afraid of everything."

Raggs is only about one years old, so there is still time to adjust to a new lifestyle, but right now, he is a shy boy. He will need a quiet home with no dogs and maybe one other friendly cat.

"With some time and patience, you'll earn this boy's love and trust and be rewarded with an amazing, affectionate cat," said the shelter.
