Fall River Chick-fil-A Aiming for 250 Cars in Two Hours with Free Food
Chick-fil-A in Fall River is trying to make a little history Friday night, and while I absolutely support the cause, it's the incentives that have my attention.
On Friday, August 21st, the Chick-fil-A at 700 William S. Canning Boulevard is challenging itself to serve 250 cars through its drive-thru in just two hours.
The record-breaking attempt takes place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., and they’re asking the SouthCoast to pull through, grab some food and help them reach that 250-car goal. Of course, breaking a record is cool. Free Chick-fil-A? Now we’re talking.
Chick-fil-A Is Sweetening the Deal
According to the Fall River location, every drive-thru guest between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. can enjoy an Original Chicken Sandwich or an 8-count order of nuggets with their order as a thank-you for helping with the challenge. There’s also a little something extra for Chick-fil-A app users.

Anyone who places a drive-thru mobile order through the app during the event will receive a milkshake reward in their Chick-fil-A app within 72 hours. So basically, dinner tonight could lead to a milkshake later. I can absolutely get behind that kind of teamwork.

The goal is 250 cars in two hours, which works out to more than two cars every minute. That’s going to take one busy drive-thru. If Fall River can pull it off, there will be a new record to celebrate, and plenty of chicken and milkshakes helping everyone get there.
