I was reading a story about how Russia's drivers all have cameras mounted on their dashboards for insurance reasons. As you can imagine there are quite a few crazy videos out there seeing as how everything is recorded. I'm sure you may have seen some of them before, but this one was especially unique because it involves a traffic accident with animals.
