Training For The New Bedford Half Marathon [VIDEO]
The New Bedford Half Marathon is less than eight weeks away. If you're a novice, training should have started anywhere from 12 weeks to 6 months before the big race.
The run is challenging, but if it's something you've always wanted to do, there's still time to train and sign up. The feeling once you've finished it is unbelievable. I've done it three times, never with the intention of winning, but just crossing that finish line.
