It's been quite the Restaurant Week across the SouthCoast, but no one could prepare us for the amount of fun we had Thursday morning.

Michael and Maddie went live at Scottie's Pub on Pleasant Street in Fall River, where karaoke is king on Wednesday and Friday nights. Between the good-mood food and the friendly atmosphere, Michael Rock and I decided to have a little contest to give away yet another pair of these sold-out Taylor Swift tickets.

Just like that, Taylor Swift Karaoke was born and it did not disappoint.

One by one, dozens of Swifties showed up bright and early to enter their names into the karaoke contest and sing their rendition of their favorite T. Swift song.

Each contestant had 15 seconds to give it their all. Here's how it went:

From "Shake It Off" to the OG "Teardrops on My Guitar," we had a variety of Taylor songs brought to the table for the ultimate prize: getting to see her in Foxboro this weekend. A special panel of judges showed up to help Fun 107 choose one lucky winner, Fall River's own Abbie Bustin with her version of "You Belong With Me."

Bustin's father was her biggest fan. He drove her to Scottie's and stood by her side. He couldn't have been prouder and we absolutely loved his support.

I have to give huge recognition to all who came out and were brave enough to sing to the masses tuning into Fun 107. We loved every single contestant and the energy they brought to the table.

My only hope is that we continue this karaoke contest in the future, and just maybe, Michael Rock will let me sing a song, too. Make sure you have your earplugs ready.
