Fall River Terrier Needs a New Place to Call Home [WET NOSE WEDNESDAY]
Happy Wet Nose Wednesday! It's the best day of the week.
At Fun 107, we are all about the animals. There are hundreds of animals living at local shelters that we hope to unite with the perfect forever families.
Every week, we give the spotlight to one lucky animal in hopes of finding the perfect home. This week, we shine a light on a young pup from Fall River that is full of energy and full of love.
Meet Orlando. Orlando is a one-year-old terrier mix currently residing at Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River. Orlando was returned to the shelter, through no fault of his own, and he hopes to find a permanent home this time.
Orlando loves meeting new people and he is curious about everything. He is good with other dogs, cats, and older children.
"The only reason we're leaning towards older kids for him is because he tends to think that hands are toys and can get a little mouthy when he's riled up," said the shelter. "Not aggressive at all, just unfortunately wasn't taught that hands aren't toys."
Orlando loves going for walks and does very well on a leash. He would do best in an active home that can keep up with Orlando's high energy.
Does Orlando sound like a good fit for you and your family? Contact Forever Paws online, fill out an application, and schedule a play date today.
Orlando cannot wait to meet you.
