The Swansea Mall is once again for sale. After being sold off to the highest bidder at auction last November, the sale has fallen through and owners are back to square one.

After a three-day online auction in late November the Swansea Mall was reportedly sold for $6.65 million, but the name of the buyer was never revealed.

Now just over a month later, Mall Manager Jason R. Huer tells the Herald News that the sale never actually began and he doesn't know why.

The mall's owners, Carlyle Development of New York, and Auction.com, which ran the sale on their site have not commented on what happened with the supposed sale, but one thing is for sure...the Swansea Mall is back on the market.

The mall is reportedly worth $17 million, so maybe a second auction will get the owners more money?
