SouthCoast’s Quirkiest Coffee Orders
Last night, my father-in-law sent me to Dunkin' to pick him up a coffee. Happy to do it. This is a guy that has been nothing but helpful to me and my wife for as long as we've been married.
Well, I was happy to do it, until...
...I found out his coffee order. It's an extra large coffee with 11 creams and no sugar. ELEVEN creams? I went on the Dunkin' app to place the order so it'd be ready when I got there. There wasn't even an option to have 11 creams on the app. It caps out at 10. It was hard not to feel like the Dunkin' staff was judging me when I pulled away with my coffee with 11 creams.
Ironically, the first thing he wants to do with the coffee when it comes home is to pop it into the microwave. Of course it needs to be heated up, it's half cream!

We asked some popular SouthCoast coffee spots about quirky orders they see, particularly from their regulars. Here's what they said:
The staff at Café Arpeggio said that one of their regulars orders one pump of every syrup available.
At the Dunkin' in Assonet, there's someone that comes through the drive-thru every morning and orders a large coffee with 15 milks. They might be better off buying a gallon of Garelick and a bottle of Silmo.

The Dunkin' in Carver has a guy that always goes in and orders a medium coffee with 10 Splenda.
Mattapoisett's Dunkin' staff has one regular that orders refreshers with oat milk and another that orders iced coffee with 10 skim milks.
How do you take your coffee order? No judgement. Leave it in the comments on our Facebook page or send us a message on our app.
