Her fellow officers at the West Warwick Police Department rejoiced and shared the news on social media.

A Community Celebrates a Brave Pup

In a Facebook post, the local police department praised Dr. Kim Nelson and the staff at Greenwich Valley Veterinary Clinic for taking great care of their K-9.

Her journey wasn't easy. From the beginning, Mouse faced some tough challenges. She was found, abandoned and with cancer, on the side of the road.
