Rhode Island Bakery Surprising Swifties With Treats for Big Game
The Patriots 2023 season may be long over, but football is still going strong for a few elite teams. This Sunday two big games will decided who is going to the Big Game and we all know which team many young girls are rooting for.
For the sixth straight year, Kansas City is heading to the AFC Championship game. And though not everyone in New England is excited about that, Taylor Swift fans very likely are.
That is exactly the thought that sparked new sweet treats available at the beloved Wright's Dairy Farm & Bakery in North Smithfield.
In a post shared on Facebook on Wednesday, Wright's Dairy Farm showed off some Taylor specific cupcakes that will only be available this weekend and in very limited supply.
The sweet Swiftie treats are covered in sprinkles and topped with a picture of Taylor from her 1989 album wearing a number 87 on her shirt and the words "Kelce's Big Game" over her head.
They look absolutely delicious and for those local fans either really rooting for the Chiefs or throwing a family party to watch them play, they could be an ideal addition to the food table.
They aren't the only Taylor-themed sweets to come out of New England however.
Back in December when Swift was in the house at Gillette for a regular season game against Kansas City, Walpole baker Debbie Butters of Coco Butters Cookies got the call to make themed cookies for the suite Taylor sat in.
Butters, a former New England Patriots cheerleader, crafted some Swift themed treats that looked almost too good to eat.
Whether you go cookie or cupcake for the AFC Championship game this Sunday, one thing is for sure - it should be a very exciting game with lots of camera cutaways to the Swift suite.
