Parking Meter Apps?

Too many times you've been in the Downtown New Bedford area, or any city for that matter, and you look for a parking space, fish around in your pockets looking for quarters, and feed that parking meter right?

Wouldn't it be easier to just park and go to your "Parking Meter" app and put the amount of money you need and not worry about racing back to the meter, because it's run out of time?
