There are just some things you don't want to be wearing when the police come knocking on your door. This shirt is probably one of them.

A Middletown man accused of stealing a safe from a Tiverton restaurant was not dressed for an arrest.

Obviously, 55-year-old Lino Loyola had bigger things to worry about than his top when he was arrested for allegedly breaking into the Boathouse Restaurant and stealing a large amount of alcohol, along with thousands of dollars from the business's safe, but the top wasn't helping, that's for sure.

Those pot leaves are probably not doing him any favors.

Though perhaps if he smoked enough of the real thing before officers came knocking at his door, he simply didn't care.

Tiverton police say Loyola was identified from a still photo on the restaurant's security video and have charged him with breaking and entering into a business and vandalism.

He has since been released on bail.

And even though the TPD didn't comment on the shirt themselves, many people noticed the unfortunate wardrobe choice and were quick to mention it in the Facebook comments about the arrest.

Nice to know I'm not alone on this one.
