You're never too old to learn something new--and today we learned a new way to tie our shoes.

Most people learn to tie their shoes when they're three or four years old. Some people use the "bunny ears" method, or the "around the tree," or whatever other cute names we come up with to teach the little ones. And sometimes, once you learn one way, you really don't know how to do it any other way.

But today, we learned a new way to tie shoes that comes in super handy if you need to teach your kids for back-to-school, OR if you're a teacher who finds themselves having to tie and re-tie dirty, wet, gross shoes all day long.

**It is not dog poop on my shoes. They are just grass-stained from mowing the lawn. Also, please ignore all my scars from scratching mosquito bites.
