Recess isn’t just for kids anymore. A growing body of research shows that taking a short break from work for physical activity each day is beneficial for employees and employers alike.  A new movement in Minnesota is aimed at getting some exercise at work! Imagine taking 15 minutes and going out to play some dodge-ball in the middle of the day!
