New Lottery Game Pays Big in Fall River

The Mass Lottery introduced their new "$4,000,000 Instant Jackpot" game last week, and it's already awarded a $1 Million prize to a Fall River man.  Thomas Hubert bought his lucky ticket at Joe's Market on Robeson Street.

According to The Herald News, Hubert decided to take the million in a one-time payout of $650,000.  Their story says that the Fall River man was the first winner of the 15 $1 Million dollar prizes in the new game.  There are also five prizes of $4 Million yet to be won.
