In a world where trauma can shape-shift someone's life, kindness can be seen as the most powerful tool to combat someone's pain – especially a soldier suffering with PTSD.

That's where Mission 22 – a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting veteran suicide through various support systems for veterans and their families – shines, and strength in numbers are key.

The 6th Annual Mission 22 Row, Ski, or Bike 22K event is set to take place on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Erg Fit, located at 127 West Rodney French Boulevard in New Bedford.

Sweat Off The Super Bowl Calories:

The event's timing coincides with Super Bowl Sunday, but don't worry. Make it a great opportunity to get in a workout before indulging in game-day festivities. So, start the day the right way by contributing to a meaningful cause while getting in a good sweat session surrounded by camaraderie and good company.
