If you're binging something on Netflix this month, it's likely the spicy and locally made series The Perfect Couple. Nicole Kidman stars in this raw whodunnit drama that takes a posh wedding weekend on the island of Nantucket and turns it into a murder mystery.

There seems to be a murderer among this filthy rich cast of characters, and it looks like America is not only interested in learning more about the series, but also visiting the filming location.

Google searches for "The Perfect Couple location" are up 350% this past week according to static.com. With the new interest in the series comes a dramatic rise in demand for getaways to Nantucket.

Interestingly enough, the house at the center of the show is not in the island. It is in Chatham on Cape Cod.

According to Sandra Baptista, an Acushnet woman who landed an extra role as a housemaid in episode 2, the house scenes weren't filmed in Nantucket.

"The house is in Chatham," she said. "They did some scenes in Mattapoisett, but the house is in Chatham. Fun fact, they finished filming in London due to the writer's strike.  They recreated the house in a studio."

It turns out if tourists are looking to see the actual house, they'll need to cross a Cape bridge, not take a ferry.
