Something stinks in Selena Gomez land. The 'Come & Get It' singer is being sued by a perfume company!

TMZ reports that Gomez is accused of breaching her contract with Adrenalina, a fragrance company. Adrenalina alleges that Gomez had a deal with Gomez to develop a fragrance line in her name, spending over $2 million on marketing alone in addition to research and development for the project. However, they claim that Gomez and her camp came up with a bogus excuse to end the deal, leaving Adrenalina without a spokesperson. Not cool!

The company is suing not only for damages, but also for a court order preventing Gomez from backing out of the deal. Can you imagine how awkward it'd be for that suit to go through -- having to work for someone who sued you (or having someone who you sued working for you)?

Gomez's attorney, Michael Weinstein, responded to the suit, saying, "Any claim that Selena did not meet her promotional obligations is ridiculous, manufactured after Adrenalina was terminated. Selena will vigorously defend this lawsuit, and will soon bring her own lawsuit against Adrenalina for millions in damages."

Drama! Here's hoping they find a sweet (scented) middle ground soon.
