Growing up, I was glued to the TV whenever America's Funniest Home Videos came on.

There was something about those homemade, backyard, quick and quirky family-friendly videos that I couldn't get enough of. Nowadays, quick and quirky is the recipe for success, especially on TikTok. There's a reason why the videos are no longer than 60 seconds long. We crave short-attention-span entertainment that fills our brains with useless material, but boy does it feel so good.

In Lakeville, there's a dog by the name of Bella Rose. She's a spunky little 11-month-old Scottish terrier who is super friendly and full of energy. Bella's owners, Paula and Roger Mendonca, bought her when she was only eight weeks old.

On Sunday, the Mendoncas were outside doing a little yard work, taking advantage of the beautiful day, when the darnedest thing happened right in front of them when Bella decided to pick up the rake and lend a paw.

"She’s a true nut job," Paula Mendonca told Fun 107. "She tried to bring it in the house, but I couldn’t record it because all the chairs in the kitchen were getting knocked down and I was too busy screaming for Roger to come help me to get her and the rake outside."

This isn't the first time Bella has been given the spotlight; she was recently entered into a national puppy pageant and according to her owners, she placed third in the U.S. and first in Massachusetts.

"She sees a camera, pointing at her and she’s legit immediately posing," Paula said with a laugh.

Hopefully, this video brightens your day as much as it brightened mine. After all, it's the little things in life I enjoy the most and when I see a dog running around with a rake in it's mouth, I'm automatically hooked. Thanks for the laughs, Bella Rose.
