This video was shot in L.A. That being said, I'm pretty sure no man carrying a sign like this around the Southcoast would get such a positive reaction. Jumped maybe, but not kissed. Meet Blake Grigsby and he wants you to kiss him not because he's Irish, actually he's Canadian, but because he's desperate.
