I'm sure Jeremih hoped the manager of a Montana Fuddruckers would have a "Don't Tell Em" policy, but after he and his crew went nuclear in the restaurant, cops definitely got called.

Jeremih is in Billings, Montana to perform tonight, but he must have gotten bored pretty quickly when he rolled into town last night.

Cops in Billings tell TMZ.com that when the R&B star and his crew stopped to eat at Fuddruckers they got out of hand really fast.

Apparently the group was hitting on a cashier at the burger joint and she got uncomfortable with all the attention, complaining to the manager. The manager of course asked the guys to back off, which made Jeremih and his crew really angry. They ended up grabbing the Fuddruckers mic and calling racism, so the manager offered to give them their money back and asked them to leave. The group instead threw their beer bottles around the restaurant causing $700 worth of damage and knocking a frier out of commission for an hour.

Cops of course were called to the scene and are reportedly investigating the entire incident.
