Instagram Turns Five! Share Your First Instagram With Us

On October 6th 2010, Instagram was released. Since then, Instagram went from being a trendy photo app to a huge social network.

By December 2010, Instagram had 1 million registered users. In June 2011 Instagram announced it had 5 million users and it passed 10 million in September of the same year. Now, there are more than 300 million active users.

As of today, Instagram has been operating for five years and we are wondering where you started on Instagram!

My first picture was of my kids at Kool Kone in May 2012!

Loren's first picture was taken the first day she tried coffee black, and of course, her headphones.

We aren't really sure what Gazelle thought Instagram was for, but here is his first picture.
