A Picture-Perfect Proposal at Acadia National Park

The SouthCoast native got down on one knee and popped the question to longtime boyfriend Jonathan Carson in Maine.

The engagement took place in a beautiful setting along the water's edge at Acadia National Park.

Zachariah Porter Announces Engagement on Instagram

"Forever has a nice ring to it," Porter shared on his Instagram.

The happy couple quickly shared the photos from their special day, captured by photographer Christina Albright.

It's been a standout year for Porter. Prior to proposing, he wrapped a sold out comedy tour. The Big Back Behavior Tour brought the laughs to Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Texas.
