We're getting down to the wire now. It's the week of Thanksgiving and if you're hosting, you've probably already gotten started.

Chad Michael Peters has offered his decorating and style skills once again to help me achieve a beautiful, festive centerpiece for my table.

It's very easy to make and doesn't cost much. Sadly, in the past, I don't think I've ever used a centerpiece! I think I just set the table and called it a day. A centerpiece brings the whole table together and looks gorgeous!

Here's what we did. Picked up some flowers from a local place, like Stop and Shop (cheaper than a florist). We got some roses, sunflowers and chrysanthemums, and some floral green foam to put the flowers in. Chad gathered greenery from his yard and we put it all together to create this gorgeous centerpiece!

You should add water to the green floral foam every other day if you're going to have the centerpiece prepared a few days ahead of time. Chad also suggests decorating with things you might just have lying around the house, like candles, vases, colorful fruits and nuts. What's great about that is that it won't cost you any money! Hope these tips help, Happy Thanksgiving!
