We have these on-air lights just outside the studios to let those just outside the door that we're talking on the air. Sometimes these lights burn out, and some take matters into their own hands and try to replace the bulb themselves.

These lights don't work like regular lamp lights. You can't just put in a regular 100 watt bulb, unless you want everyone to see it six miles away.
