Get out with the Kids During February Vacation Week

It's February school vacation week and here's how you can keep the kids busy with some fun activities around the Southcoast.

Here's a list of fun things to do for February Vacation:

Winter Funcation
There will be a festival in Kingston on February 22nd with a performance from the Toe Jam Puppet Band, face painting, educational activities, games, etc. This is a free festival.

Buttonwood Park Zoo
There's over 50 animals at the zoo to see. During vacation, they are offering activities like Kids Zoo Yoga and Keeper Chat where kids can learn how the animals are taken care of.

Breakfast with Characters
Yarmouth's Bayside Resort is having a breakfast where kids can eat with Olaf, Elmo, Spongebob, or Tiger. There will also be scavenger hunts, pizza parties, and other fun activities. For more info click here. Less than an hours drive onto the Cape will be so worth it when you see your kids face during this event.

Family Owl Prowl
At Green Briar Nature Center in Sandwich on Feb. 24th from 6-8pm families can spend the night hiking to look for some cool owls. Little nature lovers will be in heaven!

Ryan's Amusements
Go good old fashion bowling! Ryan's has several locations across Massachusetts and the Cape with a ton of activities to do between their arcade and bowling alley.
