Gazelle Crushes Macaroni and Franks Kid’s Meal Challenge at the Dartmouth Friendly’s [VIDEO]

Today was not my proudest moment but it was thrilling to say the least.

Michael and Maddie took over Friendy's in Dartmouth as a stop on Restaurant Week for fall of 2023. The classic chain brought all the nostalgia to the table with popular classics including the Honey BBQ Chicken Supermelt sandwich, strawberry Fribbles, and a few ice cream sundaes inspired by the Jonas Brothers.

Last but not least, the crew at the Dartmouth Friendly's surprised us with a spread of kids' meals, and one stood tall over the rest: the kids' macaroni and franks dish.

Something about the cut-up hot dog slices and platter of mac and cheese was calling my name. It looked homemade and I needed to taste it at least. That's when I lost all self-control.

"I wonder how fast I can eat that," I thought.

Michael Rock set up a timer and Maddie Levine grabbed her phone to film the craziness that was about to unfold. Here's how it went.

I'm a bit ashamed watching the video but simultaneously impressed. Sure, it was just a small kid's plate, but the 58.06 seconds it took ... just insane. Also, for the few people out there "fat-shaming" me, please don't judge a book by its cover. I do not eat like this every day, it was a one-time thing. I have a very healthy balance between fitness, weight control and indulging every so often.

I do not recommend anyone trying this challenge at home. I've done plenty of food challenges in the past and know my limits. Again, I'm not proud of my "skill" to hoof down a plate of gaggers and macaroni, but it was a valiant effort when all was said and done.
