She's been hitting the pavement to raise funds for a worthy cause, MS Run the US, America's first and only 3,260 mile ultra relay run.
History of the Run
MS Run the US founder Ashley Schneider started the organization in 2009 to raise awareness and funds for research for multiple sclerosis and support for families.

What began as a solo run by Schneider turned into a group effort when in 2013 the run expand into a relay run spanning from Santa Monica to New York.
Fall River Teacher Takes Part
Each year, a select number of participants are chosen to take part in the run. Renae Cicchinelli was among those who ran a leg of the race, meaning she completed six marathons in six days. Incredible!
Renae wrote the following on her donation page:
My name is Renae and I am the runner for the 19th segment for MS Run the US. We are a team of 21 runners running from California to New York City. We are spreading awareness for Multiple Sclerosis and raising money for research and aid for those in need.
The run starts in April but my leg starts July 29- Aug 3. I will be running 153 miles over 6 days. I am so excited to have the opportunity to be a part of Run the US for MS team. I have been asked many times why I run so much and my answer has always been "I run for those who can't." I feel I can use my ability to help others, including family and friends, beat MS.
Every time you support me I get an encouraging message that helps me push through this grueling training. I know this pales in comparison to the struggles of those with MS and their grit continues to inspire me. Please show your support by donating, no amount is too little and the message I get goes a long way for my continued effort.
Thank you and let's beat MS together!!
An Incredible Achievement
Step by step, stride by stride, Cicchinelli worked towards her goal. She began her journey in Ohio and ran all the way to Pennsylvania.
