Fall Candle Testers Wanted

I’ve been doing some fall shopping lately for all of the basic fall amenities: fall-scented candles, new throw blankets, a wreath for the door and a plethora of pumpkins for ambiance (the carving will come later).

Like most people on the SouthCoast, I love fall, and I almost dropped my pumpkin-spiced latte when I came across a new promotion that a company called Wishlisted is doing. If you love fall-scented candles, then listen up.

Wishlisted is looking for “three fall fanatics to put their sense of smell to work this fall testing candles.” If chosen, you simply give your honest feedback on all the various brands they ship you, good or bad. But the excitement doesn’t end there.

Just for participating, you will receive a $50 Starbucks gift card and a cozy blanket to really get you in the fall spirit. Curling up with a PSL and comfy blanket is as autumn as it gets.

Wishlisted has a few requirements if you are thinking of applying. You must:

• LOVE candles
• Be autumn-obsessed
• Have strong opinions and you aren’t afraid to share them
• Can receive deliveries of multiple packages
• Are over 18 years of age and a U.S. resident

So if your house looks like the October edition of Pottery Barn magazine or it smells like a pumpkin patch from all of the seasonal candles, this promotion is begging for you to sign up.

And yes, I applied. Filling up my house with the smells of pumpkin and caramel sounds heavenly, and I won’t hold back if it smells like rotten apples instead of apple cider.
