I don't know about you, but I'd do just about anything to get out and see a live performance right about now. It's been a hot second since we got to see concerts or comedy shows live in-person thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it's looking like we may be able to start see them return later this year. Thank GOODNESS, right?!

Stand-up comedian Nate Bargatze started trending on Netflix after his latest special, "The Greatest Average American," debuted last month. My boyfriend threw on the special and found one of our new favorite comedians, whose family-friendly jokes and deadpan delivery left us keeling over from laughing so hard. Just a couple days later and we've watched a few more of his performances.

With the return of live music and comedy right on the horizon in Massachusetts and its surrounding states, it's exciting that anyone is planning performances within range of the SouthCoast this year. However, it's extra exciting that Bargatze has a show close by.

Bargatze is scheduled to make a stop by The Vets in Providence on August 29, with tickets starting at $35. VIP tickets, which include a meet-and-greet with Bargatze, are also available and start at $149.75.

As you might expect because of COVID, Bargatze's trip to Providence had to be rescheduled a couple of times, but if you already have tickets for one of those previous dates, they will be valid for the August 29 date.
