Christmas Santa Stockings During a July Heatwave on the SouthCoast

I was in Dartmouth on Sunday and noticed these Christmas stockings lined up in a row of about 10. I'm confused.

Not gonna lie, I was in the drive-thru at Starbucks patiently waiting for my once-a-week caramel frappuccino. I looked to my right and was like, "Santa Stockings in July?"

First, it's Halloween candy displayed in Shaw's this past weekend, and now, Christmas stockings on the hottest weekend of the summer so far. Why?

Well, I spoke with the folks at Starbucks in Dartmouth and they told me the reason for the Christmas stockings display is that they are celebrating "Christmas in July" with a bunch of fun Christmastime-flavored Frappuccinos like Lemon Custard, Christmas Tree and Strawberry Sponge Cake. YUM.😋
