Recipe

2 onions chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
4 10 oz cans of Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilis
3 cans of small red beans
red wine
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
1 family pack of petite sirloin cut into cubes

in a large pot sauté the onions and garlic until slightly translucent, add the beef and shake on some garlic and onion and chili powder, stir and let simmer covered until beef is browned. Then proceed to add red wine, enough to cover the beef, cover the pot and let simmer stirring every so often until beef is tender and starts to shred. when the beef is ready, shred all the beef in the pot, after shredded add the tomatoes with juice to the pot, and add the beans drained to the pot. at this point you can add more chili powder and any other spice you might like, simmer covered until the taste is to your liking. Hope you enjoy!
