Carnival Coming to Fall River This Weekend
If you've been seeing carnival rides in Fall River recently, here's why.
Starting tomorrow, the Re-Creation Carnival will be open for business at Lafayette Park on County Street in Fall River.
Who doesn't love a summer carnival? And with slightly cooler weather headed our way for the weekend, this one has great timing.
And the whole event benefits Greater Fall River RE-CREATION, so your family fun does good too. I love that!
So here's what's going down this weekend:
On Thursday, August 1 and Friday, August 2 you can ride the rides and eat your favorite carnival food from 5-10 p.m. And on Saturday and Sunday, August 4 and 5, the carnival runs from 4-10 p.m.
Unlimited rides specials happen Thursday and Sunday and will run you $30 per person (or $25 with the coupon from this link).
I assume all the classic carnival rides will be there: Ferris wheel, carousel, Sizzler, and plenty of things I'm not brave enough to ride.
So if you're looking for something to do with the kids or just want to get out and be a kid again yourself, head to Lafayette Park in Fall River this weekend for the RE-CREATION carnival that is helping to do good for the community the fun way.
